By booking onto the MenoLeader Training Programme, you understand that upon the successful completion of the eLearning and two day practical, you will automatically become a Licensee and agree to abide by the terms of the License. Please read the Licence in its entirety.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions so that you fully understand what is required of you and what you can expect from MenoHealth Ltd. By purchasing the MenoLeader Training programme package, you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions about these terms please do not hesitate to contact us.

MyMenoHealth 

When you purchase the MyMenoHealth programme, you agree to the following:

  • You will not share the zoom link with any other individual and will attend the online session alone
  • Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • You will respect others in the group, listen to one another and keep all discussions confidential
  • You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content contained on the programme without our prior written consent.
  • You agree not to use or access the programme for any commercial uses
  • You agree not to use or access the programme for the the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise
  • You agree that violation of any of these rules will result in your place on the programme being cancelled and that you will not be entitled to a refund or any monies paid

Booking

To book onto a course, you must pay in full (£850) or join our payment plan (4 x £220 monthly payments). The first £220 will be paid via the website and the candidate must then set up their direct before they’re enrolled onto the course. If your employer is funding the course fee this needs to be confirmed by them in writing at the time of booking and we will invoice them. However, as the course delegate you will be responsible for payment should your employer default. Payments can be made by credit/debit card.

A contract will exist as soon as you return your booking form. Places can only be confirmed when full payment has been received.

Price

Prices quoted on any documentation are per person inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include travel to and from the course, accommodation or lunch unless otherwise stated. MenoHealth Ltd will not be held responsible for returned cheques due to insufficient funds being available in your account. A £30 admin fee is due for any cheques returned by your bank as unpaid.

Cancellation or transfer by you

Cancellation policy
If you change your mind and do not wish to continue with the MenoLeader training programme, we will offer a full refund less an administration fee at 10% (minimum £50), provided the request for a refund is given within 14 days from making payment for the training and that you have not accessed any of the training materials (this includes eLearning content and attachments sent to you via email). You will also be required to return any training equipment sent to you, such as your yoga mat.
If you have accessed the training material or your request for a refund is outside the initial 14 days from making payment, we are unable to offer any refund.
If you are paying in instalments and decide to cancel, once the eLearning has been accessed you are liable to pay the full fee (4x£220). If you decide to cancel within 14 days of making the first instalment payment and have not accessed the course materials, we will refund your payment, less the admin fee stated above.
If you are purchasing the course for a member of staff, please be aware we are only able to transfer the place to another member of staff if the course materials have not been accessed. This will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Please be aware that by agreeing to these terms you are entering into a legal agreement stating that you are happy to proceed with your purchase and are doing so by your own freewill.

Transfer
To ensure you have all the information you need and the best possible chance of passing your assessment, all the eLearning must be completed before you attend the practical days training. Should you need to transfer onto another practical course there will be an administration fee, including VAT, of:

6 weeks or more prior to your practical course £100

Less than 6 weeks prior to your practical course £150

Less than 2 weeks prior to your practical course £200

 

Cancellation by us

We will always try our best to avoid cancelling a course. If unforeseen circumstances occur that force us to cancel, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid or the opportunity to transfer your place to the same course on another date.

MenoHealth Limited are not held liable for any additional expenses you incur through cancelling the event e.g. travel expenses and accommodation. If there are circumstances beyond our control which cause us to cancel or change your trip such as war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, we will not refund or pay you any compensation or be liable for any other expenses to you.

 

Service

We will endeavour to provide the course as described on the promotional material. Please be aware, due to unforeseen circumstances details may need to be altered, however the overall quality of the course will not be diminished and we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any changes.

Limit of liability

MenoHealth Ltd is only liable up to the cost of your course and cannot be held responsible for damage and/or loss to your personal possessions.

 

Your responsibilities

You accept that our courses have a practical component, which if applied inappropriately may involve elements of risk or discomfort. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you take personal responsibility for your own actions. MenoHealth Ltd take no responsibility for damage, death or injury caused to you or by you as a result of participation. You must at all times work within your own ability and scope of practice. We reserve the right to refuse your acceptance on a course if we feel it is outside your scope of practice and may put other participants at risk of injury or discomfort. You must be physically able to partake in the course and if you do have any injuries, discomfort or prior knowledge that is relevant to any activities being performed it is your responsibility to make those known. We reserve the right to remove any person from a course if their behaviour is deemed by the tutor to be detrimental to the group, unsafe or adversely affecting the groups’ enjoyment. We will not be liable for any refund in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that you attend all sessions. MenoHealth Ltd will reserve the right to ask you to make up lost time at your own expense, if the Meno Trainer feels the extra time is needed. MenoHealth Ltd ask that you inform the Meno Trainer of any time you may miss and discuss how to make this time up if necessary. After qualification it is your responsibility to gain insurance (if appropriate) before you start taking exercise classes and help will be offered with this.

 

Using the website

You agree not to distribute all or any part of the Website or Online Content and Courses in any medium without our prior written consent. You agree not to (and not to attempt to) circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security related features of the Website or features that (i) prevent or restrict use or copying of content or (ii) enforce limitations on us, the use of the Website or access to the Online Content and Courses;
a. you agree not to knowingly transmit any data or send or submit any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, key-stroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
b. you agree not to use or access the Website or Online Content and Courses or any part of them for any commercial uses or for the benefit of any third party, including but not limited to:
i. the sale of access to the Online Content and Courses or any associated content;
ii. the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise; and
iii. the solicitation of, for commercial purposes, any Visitors or Learners of the Website with respect to their content
c. you agree to use the Website and access the Online Content and Courses in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone else or restrict or prevent anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website, Online Content and Courses.
d. you agree not to ask for, collect or harvest any personal data of any Visitor or Learner of the Website or Online Content and Courses;
e. you agree not to post, upload, email or otherwise transmit to or otherwise cause us to email, transmit or otherwise distribute chain letters, surveys or studies, calls to action, junk mail, pyramid schemes, incentives (monetary or click-based), spimming or spamming, or bulk communications of any kind, whether or not for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
f. you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content contained on the Website (including without limitation the Online Content and Courses) for any other purposes other than as permitted by these terms and conditions without our prior written consent or the prior written consent of the respective licensors/owners of the content on the Website;
g. you agree not to use the Website or the Online Content and Courses in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden or impair any MenoHealth server or the network(s) connected to any MenoHealth server, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of any servers or networks connected to the Website;
h. you agree not to use any high volume, automated, or electronic means to access the Website or the Online Content and Courses (including without limitation robots, spiders or scripts);
h. you agree not to frame the Website or the Online Content and Courses, place pop-up windows over its pages, or otherwise affect the display of its pages;
i. you agree not to access or attempt to access any other Visitor or Learner’s account or falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym or misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present;
j. you agree not to force headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Website; and
k.   you agree not to send, knowingly receive, submit, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with these Terms.

Registration and Accounts

You undertake to us that all information provided by you in relation to your Learner Account is and will be accurate, current and complete at all times and that you will maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if any information provided by you in relation to your Learner Account is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Website and your enrolment in the Online Content and Courses.

 

Student Conduct

By registering with MenoHealth Ltd for a Learner account, you agree (in addition to your obligations as a Learner above) that you:
(a) will not let anyone else use your Learner Account;
(b) will not cheat on any assignment or exam relating to the Online Content and Courses, nor share solutions to homework assignments or exams;
(e) will notify the administrators of the relevant Online Content and Courses (“Course Administrator”), immediately if you become aware of any other Learner cheating or breaching these Terms.

 

Audio and video recording

Audio and video recording of the course is not permitted without the written permission of MenoHealth Ltd. Learners may be filmed and photographed for assessment/quality assurances purposes.

 

Medical

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sufficiently fit and adequately equipped to participate on the course. You must tell us of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. If for any reason you are not in a suitable condition to attend or complete a course or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the facilitator or tutor may ask you to leave the course. We will not be liable for any extra expense incurred by this and you will not be able to claim a refund.

 

Complaints

Should you have a problem or complaint on your course you must bring it to the attention of our staff as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the problem. If you feel that the problem was not resolved you must inform us in writing within 28 days and we will respond within 28 days to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of both parties.

 

Course Assessment

You will be informed of assessment methods at the beginning of your course. If you need to retake your practical assessment, this must be done within twelve months of the original assessment date and may require you to travel to another course venue which has to be arranged at your own cost. The cost for re-sitting the assessment is £160. Any additional assessments may not be at the original venue. If you do not complete your online learning and assessments by the specified deadline  and you’re unable to receive your certificate of completion at the course, you will be required to pay a £20 late submission fee for your certificate.

 

Reasonable adjustments

MenoHealth Ltd will aim to facilitate open access for candidates who are eligible for reasonable adjustment and/or special consideration in assessments, whilst ensuring that the assessment of skills, knowledge, understanding and competence is not compromised. Reasonable adjustments may be agreed to help reduce the effect of a disability or difficulty that may place the candidate at a disadvantage during the assessment process. It is your responsibility to inform MenoHealth Ltd or any difficulty or disability that may affect your learning or ability to demonstrate competence.

 

Appeals Procedure

In exceptional circumstances, if a candidate is in disagreement with their assessor concerning the assessment, the candidate has the right to refer the matter. You can request to see the Appeals Procedure at any time by emailing course@menohealth.co.uk

 

Privacy

We will not pass on your personal details to any third party without your express permission .We may contact you in the future with details of future courses. Please inform us if you wish to be removed from our marketing mailing list.
