Over 325,000 colleagues supported through menopause

We cover all aspects of menopause with our workplace support programme, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, from physical and mental health to lifestyle and emotional support.

39% improvement in mental health

We help individuals recognise and understand the psychological impacts of menopause, such as anxiety, mood swings, and depression, which are often exacerbated by the physical symptoms of menopause. Through our menopause support, participants’ ability to manage their mental health significantly improved.

Global reach spans across three continents

1 in 10 women leave the workplace due to menopause symptoms. We support diverse communities and tailor our programmes to meet the unique cultural, challenges faced by individuals in different regions. By bringing together insights and best practices from around the world, we are committed to empowering individuals everywhere.

At MenoHealth, we envision a world where every individual feels empowered and supported throughout their menopause journey. Our mission is to provide accessible education and resources, enabling individuals to make informed choices about their health and well-being. By working in workplaces and engaging with communities, we strive to create a compassionate network that fosters understanding, breaks down stigma, and uplifts individuals, ensuring they not only navigate menopause with confidence but also embrace their long-term health as a vibrant part of their lives

Empowering Communities, Transforming Lives: Our Social Impact

At MenoHealth, we are dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of individuals experiencing menopause. Our vibrant community thrives on support, education, and empowerment. We take proactive steps to bring meaningful change through workplace support and training, community outreach, and health literacy programmes.

MenoHealth is proud to run a comprehensive community outreach project, Me and Menopause, that directly addresses health inequalities. Through partnerships with local voluntary and community organisations, we ensure that our menopause education and  support reaches individuals in underserved areas, making quality health information accessible to all.

Me and Menopause evaluation

We collaborated with Nova to train 10 local VCSE organiations to provide crucial menopause support across Wakefield. With over 178,000 individuals experiencing menopause in the district, there was a clear need for accessible, specific information. This project empowered local organisations to deliver evidence-based menopause support sessions to their communities, covering topics like brain fog, HRT myths, and alternative therapies. By improving health literacy and addressing health inequalities, participants gained confidence, felt more informed, and learned to manage their health better. The project, funded initially for a year, has been praised for filling gaps in existing support and is seeking continued funding to extend its impact.

Improving lives through education

Participants report increased knowledge, confidence, and the ability to manage their health more effectively. By tackling stigma and promoting open discussions, we help individuals to navigate menopause with dignity and confidence.
